6 Nights - 7 Days Masai Mara - Naivasha - Amboseli - Tsavo East - Drop off Diani Beach

Day 1:  Masai Mara

Hallo and welcome to Kenya!

Upon arrival ex your flight MS 849 at 0345 hours, you will proceed to clear with immigration and customs formalities. Thereafter, you will be met by unlimited safaris collections representative just outside the baggage area and after a short briefing, drive via Narok to the Masai Mara National Reserve offering wonderful scenery and plenty of game. It is perhaps the only region left in Kenya where the visitor may see animals in the same super-abundance as existed a century ago. Arrive in good time for lunch and later an afternoon game drive.

Day 2:  Masai Mara

Have an early morning tea or coffee, and later leave for an early morning game drive.

Day spent game-viewing in the reserve with an afternoon game drive.

It is a reserve of breathtaking vistas, panoramas of vast rolling plains, hills and woodland groves, well-watered by the lovely Mara River, which bisects the reserve from north to south. The Mara is home to the largest population of lions in Kenya, these magnificent beasts spending most of the day sleeping in the shade of acacia trees. Vast herds of buffalo, zebra and wildebeest roam the plains. Impala, gazelle, giraffe and hartebeest grace the landscape and the cautious topi may also be seen standing sentinel on earth mounds on constant lookout of predators.

The water of the Mara River is home to crocodiles and pools of hippo, the acacia woodlands and riverine forests favoured by leopard and elephant, and the open savannah and dry bush areas play host to the plains game and their attendant predators such as lion, cheetah, hyena and jackal.

Day 3: Naivasha

After breakfast, check-out and drive to Lake Naivasha with its commanding setting at the foot of the Rift Valley Escarpments. Lake Naivasha is an important horticultural area of Kenya.

Arrive for lunch, after repose enjoy an afternoon boat trip to Crescent Island. Lunch, Dinner and Overnight at Naivasha Simba Lodge LDBB/ or similar.

Day 4: Amboseli

After breakfast, check-out and drive via Nairobi to the Amboseli National Park Lying below the most famous symbol of Africa, Mt Kilimanjaro. Arrive for lunch and later an afternoon game drive. Lunch, Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge LDBB/ or similar.

Day 5:  Amboseli

Have an early morning tea or coffee and later proceed for an early morning game drive. After breakfast, all day spent in the Amboseli National Park with afternoon game drive with an Optional visit to a Maasai village which can be organized by your driver at an extra cost.

Day 6: Tsavo East

After breakfast, check-out and drive to Tsavo East National Park, one of Kenya’s oldest and largest national parks. Tsavo East offers wonderful scenery in particular the Mudanda Rock and the Yatta Plateau, the world’s largest lava flow. Arrive for lunch and later an afternoon game drive.

Day 7:  Mombasa

After breakfast, check-out and drive to Mombasa a paradise of sand and bright blue sea.

On arrival you will be dropped at your coastal hotel, Southern Palms Beach Resort.
